DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist grows our clients’ brand awareness, influence, and loyalty, ultimately meeting business and revenue goals through digital marketing and media activities. You will work with marketing specialists and strategists to develop digital experiences in complete alignment with client goals, and you will collaborate with Intersection’s award-winning creative team to design digital content that make your clients stand out from the crowd.

You have a desire to make great things happen for other people. You are a results-driven and apply your experience to manage and optimize all digital platforms, specifically focusing on HubSpot, SEO, and paid media for your clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), and social media.

  2. Create landing pages, forms, and web content to drive lead generation and improve website performance.

  3. Manage and maintain HubSpot portals, CRM, and Marketing Hub, ensuring data quality, lead segmentation, campaign results, and dashboard reporting.

  4. Track, measure, and report key metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates) and assess against client goals using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.

  5. Leverage generative AI tools to research, format, and assist with ideation, organization, and documentation of plans, processes, and workflows.

  6. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within requirements/specifications, time, and budget restrictions.

  7. Stay informed about marketing industry developments and translate them to impact your clients.

  8. Practice your craft and build your brand by contributing to Intersection’s marketing activities.

  9. Make great things happen for other people.

  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; major or significant coursework in digital marketing, marketing, business, communications, or another relevant field.

  • Direct, hands-on experience in HubSpot highly preferred.

  • HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Inbound Certifications highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM principles, and social media advertising.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Google Business Manager are preferred.

  • At least three years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
