Our team is comprised of go-getters, collaborators and doers. We each have our own passion projects, which lead us to have diverse perspectives on each project we take on. What brings us together is the fact that, at any given time, there's a 90% chance we'll be caught with coffee in one hand and Cheez-Its in the other. Collectively, we're a tight-knit team of dinosaur lovin', enthusiastic characters.

Allison Robbins

Allison Robbins


Allison Robbins is the General Manager for Intersection. She has more than 25 years of career experience in advertising, including on the client, media, and agency sides of the business. In keeping with Intersection’s mission of creating authentic exchanges between people and brands, Allison helps clients navigate through their advertising and marketing plans. She led the Downtown Muncie campaign as strategist and art director and has worked closely with Stoops Automotive Group for more than 15 years. With a vast skillset in strategy, project management, media relations, and video production, she has played an active role in growing Intersection as an impactful, award-winning agency in just 7 years.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Greater Muncie Habitat for Humanity, where she serves on both the Resource Development Committee and the Women Build Committee.

She is also the current Executive Director and Past President of the American Advertising Federation – East Central Indiana and the Past Governor for the AAF District 6 (comprised of Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan).

In her spare time, she works with the Garden at Gethsemane and the Urban Ministry at Main Street Church. She and her husband, Mike, reside in Muncie and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.



Melissa Jones


Melissa Jones is the Copywriter for Intersection. She has a background in creative, professional, and journalistic writing. She serves as a brand storyteller at Intersection, precisely chronicling each client’s unique messaging via an individualized voice.

Prior to joining Intersection, Melissa spent more than 4 years working at newspapers in various roles, including Editor-in-Chief, and served as Managing Editor of the international literary magazine The Broken Plate. She was also a writer and project manager for an in-house marketing and public relations team. In addition to diverse writing skills, she is certified in Google AdWords and Social Marketing.

Melissa graduated cum laude from Ball State University, where she was a member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Board, Sigma Tau Delta honor society, and the Friends of the Alexander M. Bracken Library.



Cortney Felton


Cortney Felton is the Senior Project Manager for Intersection. Cortney is a Muncie native whose experience in media and advertising allows her to communicate and execute client needs.

Cortney spent more than 13 years working at The Star Press. She also brings to Intersection 8 years of experience working in the print and digital media fields of advertising, which can be seen as she works with clients in coordinating projects.

She and her husband, Dustin, reside in Selma, where they own and operate a small family farm. They are active fans of their 2 kids’ sports teams.



Chance Benbow


Chance Benbow is the Co-Founder and CEO of Intersection. Chance oversees the high-level strategy for Intersection’s clients, vision-casting for the agency, and business development efforts. Since 2011, Intersection has represented multiple Inc. 500|5000 clients throughout the Midwest, resulting in strong profitability and significant revenue growth every year since its founding.

Chance previously served as the Vice President of Marketing at Mainstreet, the nation’s premier developer of post-acute healthcare properties and Indiana’s Fastest Growing Company. In addition to sitting on the executive leadership team, Chance oversaw the management of Mainstreet’s family of brands, advertising, copy and content, digital, public relations and communications, events, culture initiatives, and consumer research.

Chance also worked at the Brand Innovation Group in account services on General Electric’s rebranded line of HVACR technology, Genteq. Chance managed projects for Do it Best Hardware, David C Cook Publishing, and other Regal (NYSE: RBC) brands.

Chance is a proud graduate of Anderson University, graduating with a degree in Marketing Communications. He and his wife, Kyler, live in Indianapolis, where they are involved in EDGE Mentoring, Shepherd Community Center, the Indiana Air National Guard, Habitat for Humanity, and Treefort Indiana. The Benbows are members of Harvest Bible Chapel South Indy.



Zach Poor


Zach Poor is the Graphic and Web Designer for Intersection. He oversees all of the agency’s creative work, including identity systems, print collateral, and web design and development. Inspired by the opportunity to explore the branding process and to help make a difference in the Muncie community, Zach helps clients feel visually connected to their brand.

Before joining the Intersection team, Zach was an Advertising Design Manager for Ball State’s student media, where he gained valuable experience in identity, print, and web design. He also worked as a freelance graphic designer for more than 2 years.

Zach graduated summa cum laude from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in advertising. There, he was Creative Director of Ball State Cru and a member of the Kappa Tau Alpha honor society. Zach is also an amateur photographer and artist who explores analog methods of creative expression. He is active in his church, Union Chapel.
