Growing our team to better support our clients

At Intersection, growth has always been guided by one goal: helping good people tell great stories that drive real results. As our client needs continue to evolve, so does our team.

We’re excited to share that Intersection’s marketing team has almost doubled in size through the hiring of five experienced marketing professionals.

The move reflects our success and momentum we enter our 15th year of existence. Furthermore, it strengthens our ability to deliver thoughtful strategy, creative execution, and performance-driven marketing at a larger scale — all while maintaining the same level of partnership and accountability our clients expect.

“We are investing in our clients and in our communities,” our Managing Director, Brandon Coppernoll said. “A serious demand exists for what we do, and we have the size to deliver those services to even more organizations. Intersection’s passion is helping others succeed through powerful storytelling, and we can do that on a broader scale.”

What this means for our clients

This expansion brings added depth across content, creative, and digital marketing disciplines. With a larger, more specialized team in place, we’re better positioned to:

  • Take on more complex projects

  • Deliver integrated marketing strategies that connect brand, content, and performance

  • Support long-term growth for organizations across industries and regions

At its core, this change reflects continued investment in our clients and our community. As demand for strategic marketing grows, so does our commitment to meeting that demand with clarity, care, and expertise.
